Long story short, things have gone well for me. ACTUALLY ABLE TO EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE!!!! Ann was fantastic!! She was ideal to teach this training having been born and raised here (Midwest) as she understood us really well (conservative mentality) and so was actually able to effectively communicate with us.
